Vaidehi Jha is a passionate advocate for social change with a master’s degree in Public Administration, specializing in International Development, from the London School of Economics and Political Science. With a strong academic background, including a triple major in English, Political Science, and History from CHRIST University, Vaidehi is dedicated to understanding and addressing governance and social equity challenges.
As Editor-in-Chief of The Public Sphere Journal at LSE, Vaidehi led critical research on inclusive governance, amplifying underrepresented voices in public policy discourse. Her professional experience includes shaping strategic recommendations at the United Nations for the Summit of the Future 2024 and contributing to policy initiatives at India’s Ministry of Commerce and Industry, empowering local economies and promoting regional products globally.
Vaidehi's volunteer work with the Youth Empowerment Foundation and CARE India further underscores her commitment to grassroots change, whether in education or crisis response. At the Krishna Chandra Shakti Foundation, she combines academic excellence, professional expertise, and a deep commitment to social justice to drive meaningful impact.
